In response to these demands, Dax took the initiative and established a service that not only delivers a high-quality product but also emphasizes effective communication and attention to detail. His passion is evident, as he consistently strives to exceed client expectations. Dax is deeply committed to being the best he can be for both his family and his clients. A fun fact about Dax is that while he was in college at OSU, he was the Field Manager for the Ohio State Buckeyes during the 2001-2005 seasons.

Office Manager
With over 16 years of experience in office administration, Susan contributes a wealth of expertise to Structured Design and Consulting. She takes pride in her robust organizational skills, ensuring smooth operations for clients, customers, and staff alike. Susan appreciates the professional yet laid-back atmosphere, and she is committed to upholding the company's mission and values.
In her role, Susan pledges to deliver the most cost-effective and helpful solutions to clients, demonstrating a genuine care for their projects. A fun fact about Susan is she loves going to Disney World with her family and helping others plan their dream Disney vacation experiences.
Nate Goodrich, E.I.T
Structural Engineer
Nate brings over 15 years of experience in the engineering field, with a diverse background that includes civil engineering consulting and a tenure as a professor at Sinclair College. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and has furthered his expertise by completing an additional 18 graduate hours in mechanical engineering.
Nate's unwavering commitment to service fuels his dedication to excellence for his family, students, and clients. In his free time, he enjoys the great outdoors, often found mushroom hunting, hiking, or mountain biking.
James Winkle
Structural Drafter
James has spent over 15 years in various fields of construction and uses his experience to optimize the customer experience for our clients. He uses his insight and attention to detail to solve issues in the planning phase in order to mitigate issues in the field. He has acquired certification in AutoCAD through Autodesk and ImaginIt.
On his free time, James enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and listening to music. He also enjoys many outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.
